Kamel Al-Asmar
The passion for web was nurtured after graduating from Princess Sumaya University for Technology in January 2007, where Kamel was granted the opportunity to work for some of Jordan’s leading companies and projects; Akhtaboot.com (the career network) and Jawaker.com (Arab card game website). With these Kamel became involved with the web through various capacities of pure open source development using the latest trends and technologies (PHP, Ruby on Rails and Ruby on Merb), passing by usability, information architecture, social media, online marketing, blogging, SEO and finally, web design. In June 2009, Kamel co-founded Ideation Box (a Jordan based team, specializing in Web and Multimedia Solutions) which made it possible to express social involvement by co-finding the first Volunteer Matching, Causes and Initiatives website for the Arab world; Nakhweh.com.

Mohammad Khawaja
Mohammad assumes diverse executive, consulting, and advisory positions in the entrepreneurship and business development fields at international organizations. He is an energetic team player, proactive, achiever, futuristic and a good listener. Mohammad Khawaja is serving as the Executive Director of the Queen Rania Center for Entrepreneurship (QRCE) and the founding Project Manager for Queen Rania National Entrepreneurship Competition, the first & most outstanding national business plan competition in MENA region. As part of his work at the management of QRCE, Khawaja is now in charge of managing the “Google Award for The Best Online Business” and the “CISCO Entrepreneur Institute” in addition to his involvement in the establishing and mentoring other startups run by family and friends.

Hadi Nasereddin
Graduated from Princess Sumaya University for Technology on 2007 with Kamel; Hadi now is the Managing Director and a co-founder of Nakhweh.com initiative. He hates the word “standards” although sometime he’s forced to stay within the limits especially when it comes to web. His insurgency and skills in Graphic Design, Web Design, 2D animation and 3D modeling leads him to come up with the creative work that pops out of the box.

Amer Al-Saleh
He got his CIS degree from the University of Jordan, with a technical background & his passion for innovation & marketing; he created a unique mix of technology and marketing. Amer kicked off his career working on two online entrepreneurial projects, Aktaboot.com, the career network, and his favorite, Jawaker.com, the online arabic card games website, utilizing all his resources to get the project standing on its own feet through ATL/BTL, viral marketing, online advertising, and SEO techniques.
